We store your email address to sign you in, your subscription status from Stripe, and the plans you choose to save. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card details.

Analytics are cookieless (Plausible). We set one first-party cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember which page or link brought you here.

If you publish a plan as an example page, only its training numbers (distance, weeks, days, race time or lifts) are shown — never your email or other personal details.
